You may request an export of your account and ticket data, including ticket content, follow-up answers, and selected audit-related records linked to your activity.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and ticket data. Some records may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, abuse review, or legal compliance.

What may remain

Limited audit or security records may remain where necessary to preserve abuse prevention, rate limiting, and lawful record-keeping obligations.
